Recently, I went here for a haircut and the stylist (she) kept asking me personal questions they had no business asking me. As such, I felt very insulted by what she did and I will never return here again because of it. For every customer has a right to their privacy and, to have it respected too. As such, this stylist's behavior was very unprofessional and unwanted. Whence, I will be going somewhere else for haircuts in the future.
Lastly, please don't reply with a fake canned response to this review. For none such is needed. Instead, FIX THE ISSUE by setting your staff straight on not digging into other people's personal business!
UPDATE: I just saw your Auto-Bot Reply here. And like I said, FAKE CANNED RESPONSE. So way to go Woodland Great Clips in showing how much you really care... Again, I am still never returning there. No thanks!

I went in to Mount Royal as we knew most of these ladies. I went in, I have a long left side comb and very close on the right side. I was in beauty school and one of my Teachers works at The Superior store. When you ask a customer if they comb it to the left. I was always taught to pull the hair to the side that it's comb then cut. Do not pull the hair straight up and cut because it does not lay right- So frustrating every Darn time I look in to the mirror, I get frustrated with my hair cut. If you don't know how to cut a left or right part THEN ASK!!! Ridiculous!! My bad for going to someone different. Errr

I had a real pleasant experience! You can check in online whenever you wish! And since the place is near the mount royal market place you can spend your wait time shopping!
My stylist was Beverley a really friendly woman. And I was extremely happy with the result!
And they also offered me a $2 discount for students with a student ID!
