We ordered a ring they had in the case just with a different color band and it had to get sized. They told me 3 weeks it would be back. Week 3 came around, they said in another week. After a month they said they honestly had no idea and that I wasn’t the only one experiencing a delay. A few days later they called and stated it wouldn’t be here until possibly the beginning of the next month, well after the date of my wedding making it over 2 months for the ring to come back. I had to go in and find another option, upon going in we came to the conclusion that the ring they had ordered wasn’t even ordered in the color I had asked for, so had it come it would’ve been the wrong color anyways. I picked out a new ring, they gave me a little additional discount for the mishap and ensured it would be here by my wedding date. Which it did just come in time, however my fiancé then goes to pick it up and the girls mention how small it was and that it BARELY FIT ON THEIR FINGERS. These girls all were trying on someone else’s engagement/wedding rings!!!! And disclosed that they were to my fiancé!! The audacity and disrespect of these employees is truly astounding. I will NEVER make the mistake of giving this company especially this location the time of day ever again and will be sure to let friends and family know to look elsewhere should they need to make a jewelry purchase. How unprofessional!!

Not only great service 10 years ago when I bought my wife her engagement ring and wedding ring from this location but when a kind customer walked in my cell phone store after driving a hour home looking for her lost phone, locating it online near this location from earlier shopping and a couple kind employees from helzbergs walked down to the close art shop and found it on the ground after I pinged it. Cheers to you guys. Kind employees and wonderful jewelry! My customer was a newspaper columnist in ely and even said she was going to post about the great experiences locating her phone ! Cheers!

Got a beautiful ring but I'm still not able to wear it because the resizing time. 3 weeks is ridiculous. I also called to let them know i would be in duluth 4x this week to pick it up. But they couldnt do anything to help accommodate. now may have to wait an additional 2-3 weeks. I will NEVER GO through this process again. I'd rather pick my ring up and go somewhere else.
