Multiple girls standing behind checkout counter that were very rude and bratty, no nice tone at all and eye rolls. Coming from someone who has worked in retail I would not normally leave a review but felt like I needed to after my visit to this store. Not trying to be a Karen nothing really happened i just did my business said thank you and left but they need to be refreshed on customer service skills. No hi how are you, no kindness, just rude looking like they hate everyone.

Good selection and cute clothes. The employees could use some work on customer service and knowledge of sales.
I asked one employee for a fitting room and she flat out ignored me as if I wasn’t there! She was organizing the clearance area and had a bunch of clothes laid out on the table of jeans, so I couldn’t even look at the jeans on the table. At first I tried looking at them but she didn’t bother moving the clothes, or would just snatch them up quickly without apologizing or even acknowledging that they were in my way. She also was in my way as I was looking at clearance items, again acting as if I wasn’t there. The two employees at the register were kinder, but I asked a question about sales currently going on and they couldn’t give me a straight answer, it was kind of a “we’ll see what the price comes up as once you check out” ? luckily the clothes I purchased fit once I was able to try them on once I got home (over an hour away!), since I wasn’t able to use a fitting room in store.

The staff here is really caring and attentive and really want to make sure that the customer is taken care of. Will be back.

My girls who are 15 and 13 were in the mall store this evening and the cashier said many rude things to them. She made snide remarks to my daughter including “you stare at me like a deer in the headlights” and snatched the card reader out of her hand because she accidentally pushed the wrong button. She was rolling her eyes and raising her eyebrows and glaring. Her coworker didn’t say anything.

my friend asked me to clip on the back of her swimsuit as she was trying it on so i go into her dressing room and clip it when a very rude employee starts knocking on the door telling us we need to get out. as i open the door i turn to explain and she just runs away. very rude staff, and the prices are very obnoxiously high.

I think Hollister has a lot of cute stuff and the workers are really nice here however when it comes to sizes they barely have the size large they never have the sizes XL or 2XL wish you guys did though I’m not a fan of ordering online.
