Explain to me how, in this day and age, HD has such an archaic website that you cannot search for a slide-in dishwasher? Literally. Can. Not. Do. It.
I seach 'slide in', 'slide-in', etc. and everything still comes up with built-ins.
What's even more mind-blowing is, when searching by 'slide in dishwasher', it comes up with range options, and those range options give slide in or built in, but those are ranges---I am searching for DISHWASHERS.
Like, the stupidity actually burns.
Stop turning your customer service over to AI. You have to be losing thousands of people like me, because people want convenience and to save time, and HD just convinced me they can't even competently run a website in 2025. I don't have time for this.
Off to search Best Buy and Lowe's. Buh-BYE.

Very hard to find things, and the website doesn't tell you which aisle things are located in. For example, of all the various drain cleaners in stock according to the website, only one was actually in the drain cleaner aisle. Found one other in an end cap on the other side of the store. Other things on our list were likewise difficult to find.

Awful installation services for appliances. A complete joke. Some highschoolers drop it on your porch and don't even provide the necessary information of the appliance needed to properly install it, which you have to do yourself. Good luck finding the correct size gas flex connector when they won't provide the sizing information.

Stopped in recently for a purchase. Met with two employees Eric I. And Jake B. both guys were very nice and informative with my purchase and helped me throughout. I recently had arm surgery and you cannot tell but without them knowing they took care of the loading process and helped the checkout process as well. Very pleased with customer service here. Thank you.

Don't buy paint here.
I bought 6 gallons of white Behr paint/ primer and had 3 gallons left over. I stored it in a closet in our house. When I needed it I removed the covers and it was spoiled. The store claims it was frozen. It absolutely was not frozen! It was in our warm house the whole time. They will not back it up.

I took a Home Depot Pro Pack of their higher end base trim base back to the store yesterday. It still had their tag on it. I did not have my receipt. The credit card I used, we canceled and replaced. While the clerk, the assistant manager and the manager all agreed it was from Home Depot and in good condition. The manager refused to even give me a store credit for the $143.00 they owed me. The assistant manager tried her best to help me but the manager over road her and said, we’ve changed our policy and wouldn’t budge. I then asked if they would just give it to the next person free ( tried to pay it forward) the manager said NO, it’s not our policy. I left them their trim and walked out. I’m no longer a Home Depot customer and I’m in touch with my opps manager to look into cancellation of my 25 plus year commercial account that we spend a lot on. From my perspective, this is just NOT the way to treat folks.
