This particular store well was a little messy, as the roof was leaking? There was an area that was caution taped off, yet had apparel still displayed in that area? The sizes my daughter was looking for were in the fitting room and not on display? The prices are a little high, perhaps driving your customers to the internet? Definitely not market competitive, IMO. The music was a little too loud for my elderly mother, perhaps the employees adjusting it accordingly would drive sales up as some consumers are "driven out" thus losing that market share. (I.e. the money she would spend on my daughters clothing.) The employees were helpful, we did have to ASK for them to assist as the taped off area. Friendly, knowledgeable. May I suggest your employees encounter patrons upon entrance, opening up the "we are here to help you" door to great sales. No one wants to be hovered, but just letting customers know they are willing to help when needed, and a smile.

Can order practically anything off the website. all pick up in store.Super annoying how a business this size can't even do the basic task of having a efficient website.Pretty sad I can't have anything shipped since their's no hot topics here.Fire some people at clearly are lazy or usless and hire one person to sort out these issues.

The sizes are my biggest complaint. Hot topic online is the best for goth and nerd plus size fashion, but you'd never know this by the store. If they sold clothes to fit all bodies, and not just a small selection of people, they would make a lot of thick goth/nerd people happy. The staff have gotten a little upset when being asked if they carry above a xl. They said repeatedly that they carry 2xl and if I needed it above that I'd have to go online. The 2xl selection they have is the few clothes someone hadn't picked up through online order and a few tshirts. The women's 2xl fits the same as the standard large. All in all I still shop here occasionally for patches or their blind bags. I hate the potential the store has and won't fulfill.

Friendly staff. I love coming to look for new band tees. Only complaint is the lack of inventory compared to other locations. The space could be utilized better.
