Had an awesome experience working with Hunter specifically. As a new business owner getting off the ground. He has been knowledgeable and helpful answering any questions I've had along the way. J3 Insurance does all of our insurance needs and we couldn't be happier. Hunter is a fantastic human being and is always there to help no matter how dumb of a question. They are extremely thorough and are truly out there to help the small business community. Would highly recommend to any business looking for a partner for their insurance needs.
They also do all of my personal insurance and have been fantastic at that (you simply can't beat their prices)

Worked with Hunter at J3 to find home and auto insurance. He was patient and helpful with explaining the complex world of insurance to me. He helped me explore options and answered all my questions without pressuring me to choose a certain product, and explained what was going on when issues inevitably arose. He was generally pretty responsive and did what he could to help when I had a problem or question. And when the time came to move on to another insurance company, he was still patient, helpful, and understanding as we went through the process of closing our policies. Working with Hunter felt like I had a friend in insurance, and I'd definitely recommend.

I called to try to become a new customer was told a agent would get back to me. Waited a week no call. Things happen so I called again. Been another week no call. If that's how responsive they are when you are trying to be a customer, how responsive will they be when you have a claim?

J3 Insurance is amazing! I have had two fender-benders (both not our fault) since I have been with them, and their service was terrific - they took care of everything. Plus, they make sure we are getting the best auto and home rates available for my family. I highly recommend J3 Insurance!
