We were looking to purchase a piece of jewelry, but the lady behind the counter didn't seem to want our business. My husband stood in front of her for several minutes without even being acknowledged...she just kept pricing her items. As I joined him where he was, we watched this lady wait on another customer immediately when she approached the counter! Needless to say, we took our business elsewhere!

Definitely not the Jcpenney we have shopped at for years. Less sizes and choices to choose from. An adventure trying to find employees to help with questions. Less checkouts with long lines. The employees are definitely the shining stars with customer service.

I normally do not write reviews. Never saw the point unless it was a negative impact or positive. This was nothing but positive. I had quite a few questions and concerns about pricing and my account during check out. The level of professionalism displayed through Linda Lou, was top notch. She not only answered all my questions and concerns but she also helped me understand and to navigate any future challenges. She was warm and inviting. I felt like I was properly taken care of, I would keep an eye on her and hold on because I’m sure she has much more to offer. I will be back in store more often now then going right online and I live 40 minutes away from you guys at Miller Hill! I look forward to my next visit to see, Linda Lou again. Also the name? How cute is that!?

I will never go to the salon again. I waited for an hour from my original appointment and after 4 hours in the salon chair for a dimensional color & cut, I have the worst color job I've ever had and the worst haircut I have ever had. I'm 53 years old and usually do not leave reviews but this time...this is ridiculous!!! If it would allow me to leave a zero I would.

While shopping for a prom dress, the staff was amazing with assistance as well as finding the perfect dress. All staff were kind and welcoming! When checking out, staff found me a deal which I didn’t even know about. Very kind and loving experience, would absolutely go again! Wish I could give more stars, I will be raving about this experience if/when the store or shopping comes up.

I haven't been to JCPenney's in a long time but was local and urgently needing a slim cut dress shirt. I found a nice one for a pretty good deal. The cashier was super Minnesota friendly and made the experience great. She also gave me a nice discount because I asked. Well done JCP!

Not only do they have a great selection of clothes for big and tall men, they also have deep discounts on clearance clothes at the end of the season. This is especially wonderful when winter clothes go on clearance and here in northern Minnesota we have more winter ahead.

Sidra my cashier today at the Miller mall was very customer orientated . She has a nice calming voice thats easy to relate to. Sidra helped me figure out which sale coupons we're the best ones to use toward my purchase. Sidra is an asset to your store Thank you.

They started a new 60 day return policy which is a joke. My kid received a gift for his birthday which he will never use and since it was past the 60 days "which is not stated on the receipt" they will not allow us to return in even though we have a receipt. We were a week late but we were told there is absolutely no way they can let us return it for the purchase price. They only offered to do a no receipt return and give us $14.00 which the item was purchased for $70.00, I would rather give it away then let them resell it. The policy is also shown on a small piece of paper near the register, not very prominently I would add.My family will never shop there again and highly recommend that others do the same. It's stores ran with horrible policies and customer service like this that people choose to shop online, putting them out of business. There's absolutely no reason they can't offer in store credit when you have a receipt. You just lost customers and gained people that will talk negatively about your business and word of mouth goes a long way. Whoever came up with this policy should be fired.

Confusing store to say the least. Granted they are in the middle of a remodel, and the down escalator was not working. I eventually gave up looking for what I had gone in to find because none of the sections were labeled and everything was quite crammed together. I'm assuming this location is much better when they're not adding a make-up section right in the middle of the store. And when you can actually go up and down the escalators.
