Jeanne came highly recommended and she was exceptional. This was my 7th real estate transaction. She was honest, professional and responsive. She shared great referrals for things like cleaners, locksmith, junk removal, and staging.

We would 1000% recommend Jeanne!! She went above and beyond what any normal realtor would do. We moved cross country and had 2weeks to find a house and close. Jeanna and Sondra worked as a perfect team to help us find our dream home. Then made sure we knew the different things required by the city! Made this absolutely stressful time for us a breeze! Do yourself a favor and go see them for all your realtor needs!!!

I chose Jeanne Tondryk to list our property based on her wonderfully descriptive advertisements that I saw online during my search for a realtor. Little did I know at that time, her profound expertise that would benefit us time and time again. Jeanne provided support beyond just the transaction. We faced numerous hiccups and a cancelled contract due to our roof leaking, and ultimately hit our most substantial road block with a title work issue, however, she personally stepped up and made things happen. Somehow we closed on time and I have her to thank for it all. If you want a realtor that is very communicative, professional, experienced in all aspects, kind and thoughtful- look no further. Upon our first meeting with Jeanne, we knew she was the realtor to help us sell our farmstead . She was outgoing, friendly, professional, informative and extremely knowledgeable with many years of experience as a realtor. Jeanne is an outstanding realtor. She was referred to us by a friend and when it was time to sell our house, she was extremely helpful. She recommended a stager come in and provide suggestions on things to complete to get maximum dollar outcome. This service was provided on her own dime. However, the things that impressed us the most about her, was her patience, availability and her understanding during our meltdown phone calls. We always felt like we were talking to a friend. Even after the sale of the home when an issue occurred with the buyer she was the first one we turned to and at that point she had no further obligation, but she immediately did what was necessary to take care of the situation.
