Super friendly staff! She brought out extra options for me to try on and they were exactly my style! I ended up getting 2 sneakers that are comfortable and fashionable. She offered to sign me up for their free rewards program to get coupons off the more I shop, and I left with 10$ off in my account right away!

Amazing service! The staff is always helpful, positive and willing to answer all my questions until I find shoes that I absolutely love. This is the only store I purchase shoes from now because everyone is so helpful and has such a positive vibe! ?

Worst buiness ever, eveytime i shop there they screw something up, send the wrong shoe, take my money and "order" some but they're actually outta stock, and just over all are terrible. Do not shop here, you're better off putting trash bags on your feet than trying to get the right pair of shoes from here..

I came into to look at the new styles of Doc Marten’s and was hopeful to just be able to browse. I was immediately pressured to be shown the new “wax” they offered for boots. I declined multiple times but was quickly overtalked and ignored. After being practically forced into watching a demonstration, I was then TOLD that they would be ringing the product up for me, without even asking me. I worked in more aggressive sales than shoe selling in my early career, and despite my job literally depending on my sales percentage, I was never this audacious. I left feeling extremely stressed and anxious. Shortly put, I remember why I avoided Journey’s in the first place. I wouldn’t be back if they were the last establishment selling foot wear left.

Amazing staff everytime I come in. The service and friendliness is excellent. Very eager to order you exactly what you are looking for if they don't have it in stock. Was SO impressed with how excited they got when they saw my type of style and really hyped up my look. Co-manager there was VERY awesome! So much so that I even picked her up alittle something while I was shopping in the mall to show her my appreciation for the amazing service. If I knew her name I would give her a big shoutout.
