Employees are friendly, and they appear to be working hard to keep the place looking good. Only 2 complaints, the women’s restroom is highly fragranced (I’m sensitive to it), and the fountain pop is so warm the ice is almost melted by the time you get to the car.

No hold on a debit card should be more than $100. I am stuck waiting for my money back because their gas pumps hold $175!!! As somebody who drives for a living I need to get gas, but I also need money to pay my bills. $175 hold is absolutely insane. Also not horribly impressed with the customer service, NEON. He acted like this was perfectly normal and there was nothing he could do about it. Absolutely TERRIBLE service. From now on, I will be getting cash and prepaying rather than paying at the pump if I need to use KwikTrip again. Otherwise it's anywhere but here!!!!

I want to spend more money here. It's right next to my work. Only issue the hot food is empty all the time in the am. 330am to 830 am area is completely empty. Don't have time to wait for food.

This Kwik Trip stole $20 from me one time when I was buying gas. Other than that, I love Kwik Trip, it is my favorite gas station!

Also, they will always have fresh brewed coffee, you don't have to get it out of the bean grinders.

It's a good Kwik Trip, but not the best one for families. There seems like there is always someone in the joint family restroom, ?which is extremely inconvenient if you have a child that needs changing. ? And you want help from your significant other. Their employees should be ashamed of themselves using the joint/family restroom. Especially, Since their bathrooms don't have changing tables in them. Neither the women's or the men's restrooms have changing tables in them. ? NOT GOOD FOR FAMILIES!!!?

Got an elite car wash here today and it didn’t get the bugs off of my front bumper area. Service is fine at this place, but this car wash issue was really annoying.

I’ve never had an issue with buying their food products until today. I bought a portable protein pack this morning that had mold on all of the food items. There were two expiration dates on the box. The oldest expiration date was covered up, one for May 15th, 2023 and the other expiration date that was for February 23rd, 2023. Today is May 3rd, 2023. I don’t expect much for gas station food but having food out for customers to grab with an expiration dated almost 3 months ago with mold on it. Not impressed.
