They're too bad to deal with,i went to the location 4435 Venture Ave duluth,MN early morning and was nobody there, the company was completely empty then they advised me to go meet with them at this location the lady in the office was rude and she was acting like a boss which she was just employee!
Then she told me we have to reschedule your appointment for tomorrow i told her is not my fault at all she blamed everything on me,and she emailed her boss she said there's nothing i can do for you after she emailed her boss,she said go talk to Sarah, "her boss"and let your dispatcher deal with her she let me struggle until i lost my whole day and lost a load was ready to pickup because of this bossy lady if theres a100 stars below that would be my reviews

Office personnel are nice, loaders a couple buildings down are mouth breathers. Any slower, we would be going backwards. Hard to find people that do their job well.

The office personnel has improved but the loading here takes a while on some items. And a couple of the workers are complete a-holes! During loading they will stop to load other trucks that back into the building and they will also stop and dissappear to what I'm assuming is break time with very little left to load. Won't be coming back here.

quick loading only bad part of loading is if you have to tarp there is no wind break or cover from weather. have to tarp in the elements.
