Amazing selection of toys, gags, PUZZLES, and games. Very diverse and great layout. Love the "General store" section. I felt like Pee-Wee in his Big Adventure. As an adult I loved reminiscing and we found something we "needed": juggling balls!! Come to this store for all your entertainment needs!!

My review isn't about the store in general its about how the owners treat their employees when the store is being robbed/scammed out of money and the employees life is being threatened, said employee makes a police report, (she was a dedicated employee who loved her job) and was fired because they accused her of "mishandled money" ?? well when you are told you are being watched and if you don't give us the money we will kill you, these days you can't help but take those threats seriously, you basically do what they say because you never know. My question is how would you feel if she didn't give up the money and something would of happened to her, well as long you would of had all your precious money for the day all accounted for right???She did the only thing an 18 yr old female working alone would of done and you accuse her of mishandling money WOW...i'm glad to hear a few of her coworkers quit after how you handled this situation.

Honestly wanted to love this store. It offers a huge selection of awesome toys. It's clean and organized. But the employees are absolutely horrible and I would confidently make the assumption that they are absolutely garbage individuals. Not one of the 3 young women working greeted us, asked us if we needed help or directly acknowledged us in any way. My sister and I were in the store with my 1.5 year old child on the afternoon of 5/7/23. We took our time walking every aisle of the half store amazed at all of what they had to offer. Until we got to the infant toddler toys. When your 3 employees working would one by one walk by us stare, glare, roll their eyes, mutter under their breath. They continued to do this as week browsed the rest of the store. Following, but not acknowledging in anyway other than obsene facial expressions and foul additude. For a store who's target audience is children you sure have witches representing you. This place was a must stop for me when planning my trip here. I deeply regret it.

I'm from the Twin Cities and love visiting Duluth. This store is amazing! The selection of toys and gifts they have is hard to find anywhere else. I love going there and the candy store is so much fun too! Wonderful and friendly staff who are so helpful and positive.

If you are neurodivergent or have a neurodivergent child, THIS is the place to go for fidget toys. They have clicky ones, squishy ones, soft ones, loud ones, silent ones, it was awesome. Incredibly clean and neat, though the sounds of joy inside may be a bit much. I went to look for some fidgets, and I didn’t feel ostracized or weird, the staff were fun and friendly! If you have any sort of sensory seeking child or friend (or yourself), I would check this place out!

It was an excellent experience. The young lady at the front counter was very helpful. Lack of Lego even though they have 2 giant minifigures. Also some of the gemstone sets have minerals that are NOT child friendly. Parents just do your research before giving any to your children.

This place is a happy land. So many contemporary toys (Sweets Kendamas for the win!) and nostalgic favorites from my childhood as well. This stop will be a must for me every time I visit Duluth.

Awesome store! We go there all the time. I told the manager how impressed I was with the store and staff- He thanked me and then gave my kid a free toy! Never had that happen at Target or Walmart. Amazing.
