“I went to pick up a liquor item and the shelf ticket price was $14.99. At the counter, I was told that it was $19.99. I went back to get the shelf label to show the staff the difference. Though the staff apologized, she would not honor the shelf price. I reached out to the owner and heard nothing. Online at Mount Royal website, the items remain at $14.99. Buyers beware! At Super one liquor, this particular item is $16.00. Update: staff at Mount Royal did contact me after this review providing a refund to me and an apology . That product remains at $14.99 today.”
