Zero stars. Paid my bill in full. They sent me a bill for 3.00 and it was to send me a bill for a zero balance. Customer Service refused to remove or close the account. I will NEVER shop at this company again. Still waiting for them to waive a fee I never owed!!!

Very rude customer service rep and very rude customer service supervisor!

This is the second order they screwed up within two weeks. Cannot get through customer service and when you do they put you on hold and then your disconnected. Will dispute these charges with my credit card company!!!
