Very rude customer service rep and very rude customer service supervisor!

This is the second order they screwed up within two weeks. Cannot get through customer service and when you do they put you on hold and then your disconnected. Will dispute these charges with my credit card company!!!

Awful awful awful I’ve been waiting on a refund for a month still haven’t gotten it. The customer service is appalling!! Will not shop here ever again!
