In all of my 61 years of banking, I have NEVER been asked as to why I am making a deposit. When I asked the clerk why it mattered her response was, "checks from out of state in this amount usually bounce". I wonder if my ethnicity had anything to do with her inquiry?

Avoid if you want a bank with an actual functioning website/app

Was not made aware that this bank does not send any form of communication for loan payments. Seems like a sneaky way to collect late fees. Found this out in time by calling but pretty awful way to conduct business nonetheless.
