“I've been to Flagship twice now, July 2022 and July 2023. This shop has apparel that goes beyond the juvenile, tacky (or even vulgar), typical touristy shirts. This is definitely a good place to check for some nice items. Lots of really cool, locally-created designs. I purchased shirts at the store and then later ordered a couple shirts through their website. The ordered shirts arrived in a timely manner, neatly folded and packed safely, with a cute, hand-written thank you note tucked inside. This is a small business that's doing a great job! Will go back whenever I'm up in Duluth again.”

“Despite Eddie Bauer changing their product warranty from lifetime to one year, I still am an EB fan regardless. Their coats are warmer than equivalently prices coats from other brands, and the build quality is much better than competitors.Staff is very helpful, but over worked. They need more staff to help the amount of customers who visit daily.”

“I am writing this review on behalf of my father and myself from our visits on the morning and early/mid afternoon of Wednesday, Nov 29th. We had a family opening event for a new Costco and needed some style. He had gone in a couple hours before me and was utterly pleased with the outcome. As well as myself the two guys who helped me were amazing!! I am a pretty short guy so not much fits me but these guys made it all work and for a great price. They listened to what I had to say and were very patient. As well as helping me find the perfect outfit they tailored it so fast and made sure it was pressed. I wanted to wear it out the door so they helped me with my suspenders and bow tie too!! These men deserve a raise! Absolutely amazing customer service, prices, and in the most timely manner I’ve experienced. I even overheard great customer service to another customer from a women who was started working near the end of my time in there! Highly recommend this place!”

“Went in to Mainstream Fashions for Men several weeks ago to get some dress pants for my new job at a bank. Ben was super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He pointed me in the right direction for where to start with dress clothes and what matches with what. I ended up buying 2 pairs of pants that had to be shortened and they fit perfectly. I couldn't have been happier with the level of service and quality of product. Ben and Tom are awesome and provide topnotch service. Just bought a new pair of dress pants from them today and I can say with certainty that I'll be back for future purchases of dress clothes.”
