Love the Awesome Service I receive at the Metro PCS Store on 4602 Grand Ave Ste 550, Duluth, MN 55807. My daughters screen quite working and they set me up fast in the very little time I had available. I forgot their names but the two of them help and let me know the deals that were available. I was set and ready to go in almost 20 minutes was there on 10/12/2023 at 11:10AM and out the door by 11:30AM. Thank you so much. I felt I had to give you 5 stars because that is all they had.

I really love how the hours say you guys are open until 8:00, yet we get there around 1:30 in the afternoon on a Saturday and you guys are just shutting your lights off and then I walk up to the door and it's locked. Thanks for wasting our time, seriously! When your hours say open until 8:00, you should be open until 8:00. We shouldn't have to call to double-check if you guys are open when your hours are posted on Google as 8:00 p.m. closing time!

DAVE or whoever he is that works here needs to be fired. Went in two weeks ago to get a refund for my wifi device and he was totally rude and snotty very unprofessional! Told me I'd get a refund on my debit card in 3-10 days. Called metro customer service twice today and was told he could have given me a cash refund and was advised to go back to this store. Went back in and as usual he was very unprofessional and rude and acted like it was my fault that I didn't receive my refund and offered no solution at all except for taking down my phone number . So I left and called metro customer service back and they informed me that he lied to me. I feel like he did this because I am transgender

I've used Metro PCS' service a few different times over the last 6-8 years for additional lines of service. Even tho Metro isn't my main mobile service provider, I have to say that the service coverage is great. They also usually have an awesome pay as you go type of plan. And the cost is typically lower than most or all of their competitors. Metro also has a fantastic customer support team.... both over the phone and also in store. However, specifically the customer support in store is amazing. I can confidently tell you that they don't try and pressure you into buying anything, unlike their other local big name competitors. They seem to really be vested in making sure their customers are not only happy... But also that they are well taken care of. Metro ensures you are comfortable with your purchases before you leave the store. This includes making sure you are happy with the product you're purchasing, understanding any terms there might be within your plan, assisting you with any options you might have available and they also have been known to even give you their personal numbers to be able to call if you ever have any questions about your purchase or your plan.

I went in fully in mind to switch to Metro PCS but the afternoon staff was incredibly rude (I went in at 3pm on a weekday). He talked to me as if I were a child after I started asking routine questions about the process (can I carry my number, family plans, etc). Because of this, I took my business elsewhere. In short, this Metro should have better trained staff with better communication skills and more knowledgeable about their products.

I'm not happy with this service they made me pay 5 bucks to top off my mobile Hotspot before I could use my phone and I only used 44mb of my 15gb Hotspot. Call the support and they told me I did a top off online which I never did and basically called me a liar. I'm probably gonna switch to a different carrier because I don't appreciate being called a liar and being charge another 5 bucks in the middle of my billing cycle. And all they did was credit my account for 5 bucks for next month I just wanted my card reimbursed not a credit so easy to make me pay the 5 bucks but won't add the money back to my debit card.

I received customer service from Joshua that went above and beyond expectations when I took my client in to pay his phone bill and fix login issues. We were running late and would make it just at closing time and Joshua was more than willing to stay open and help us, as well as offer information and brochures to help my client in choosing a different data plan for next month. Joshua was very calm, patient, and kind, and also a navy veteran. I thank him for his service to our country and the service we received that evening.

I believe the people working at this facility have more knowledge and steer you in the right direction for what your needs are. I left knowing I got the right device for the right price and I didn't get pressured to go buying the high-end expensive stuff that I really didn't need.. five stars for this place for sure.

I have been calling this store now for 2 days. They have a voice mail saying to leave a message with name and number. I have done so twice now. On top of calling multiple times. Why is it so hard to pick up a phone. I understand being busy and all but it shouldn't take this long. And as of yet still no call back and still no one has picked up the phone.

Actually I only added the one star so I could write a review on the two associates working at the Grand Ave store in Duluth, MN around 3 pm this afternoon. I was prepared to spend $1000 on a phone but the associates said the computers were down so they couldnt sell me a phone and to come back. Well I had some time to kill and still had some questions but they were so short and rude I decideded right then n there I'm going elsewhere. I'm sorry but who just stops working, and customer service cause their computers are down. This is the second time I went into that metro n they couldn't sell me a phone for one reason or another. That's lost business. U would think I'd be on that before u get shut down all together...
