A community of all people. All, every mental illness. For the most part we all get along. Big hearts. Sharing Smiles, laughs and some tears. To many tears For midtown residence lost to this opiate that should not be. As I miss my brother Bill Saker. What do we do? What do we say? How do we act? I believe that midtown community could & should have a Netflix series. Like the sands in the hourglass so are the days of HRA midtown lives.

Well 3 stars from me simply on the grounds around the buildings i find the cover of on n off ramps n how low n loud and realy kinda fun under there skate board ramps with i might add a decent portland mix for the skate park stuff very decent pour ... Lol but thats it all els looks like a oilgarks giant boat landed on it fully needs to be redid but over all. Its nice out there .... Folks at tables eatn n talking lots of activity ,, was nice to see. Ask sumbody who lives there they might say otherwise i dunno ... But for me its good.

It's like a mini fort Knox, they have three security guards there most of the time and it's so many vagabonds roaming in the area. This is a stop and go part of Duluth.

The Manor is definitely for people needing shelter. The only room we saw was small but adequate...the hallway is very narrow...downstairs is a box of food that tenants can pick thru...A locked community.. ..it is situated right off the fwy and near downtown... The Lighthouse charity group supplied a dining table and chairs for the girl's apartment. The bathroom is off her bedroom...No air conditioning...hot room. The parking lot was narrow with only 1 visitor parking spot between the 2 sister buildings.... A tenant told us to park wherever we wanted. Or tenant was going to help us brings Fulton up to her room on the 4th floor..glad there were 2 elevators.
