I bought gas from here and some other items. I asked for bathroom key and they told me that restroom is not for public use. I told them I already spend money and purchased stuffs from here and I’m a customer. Still they said not for anyone to use.
Rude behavior of the employees. I hope their management sees this review. I would give them a negative 5 if Google would allow me. Incompetent and rude employees.

My girlfriend walked in and asked to use the restroom. They told her only customers can use the bathroom and she replied that she would after using the bathroom; which I think is reasonable. However, the worker present told her no and she had to leave. She (my girlfriend) was in no way hostile or anything to give the worker a reason to kick her out.

Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Not to mention, no open restroom for paying customers. Use the kwik trip a few blocks away!

When you stop in a convenience store and top off your tank with fuel and go inside to get coffee and a restroom but they tell you know restroom for public they've had too much problems is when I will make a bad review because that is just rude for good customers

I purchased a couple of pizzas and the store clerk over charged me. Charging me for each pizza individually. After the inconvenience of going back to get a refund they had even admitted that this had already happened to several customers. I can't imagine how many people overlook these mistakes while the store gouges and gets away with ripping off the poor people of Duluth. This is so criminal. This needs to stop. My next visit is to the BBB.

Was just double charged for my purchase, the credit card machine said 'approved' and the guy working the counter said try again, and wouldn't let me take my items unless I paid again. I showed him the 2 transactions on my end, and was told it didn't matter and to try again. Wouldn't give a refund either. Every time I go in here, the same guy is always rude, and acts like he is being bothered having to do his job. All prices ring up higher then advertised on the shelf, as well. Really a shame, as the owner is such a nice guy, and his other stores are great

First things first not having a bathroom extremely poor decision on management or ownership!!!When you walk into the place it has a sour smell to it, floors are dirty an employees on their phones.Will never step in the store ever again!!!

I hate to leave a negative review, but this gas station does not have a restroom for customer/public use. If you can make it a few more blocks to Kwik Trip, that would be the better alternative.
