I am pleased with my experience with purchasing a salvage title vehicle from New Duluth Auto. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from them and it was positive. I got to meet the owner and several other sales / mechanics there. It is a family owned friendly business. All were so down to earth friendly and welcoming people, from hand shakes, smiles, and good social conversation to make you feel at home. Honest- they delivered what they said. Trusting, knowledgeable and customer pleasing. They gave me and my son a great deal on our purchases. It was an easy phone call to set up the appt. They let us test drive the vehicles, gave us space and time to make our decision and the purchase paperwork went smoothly. They went above and beyond to please; with a fresh car wash, touch up paint sample, gas tank filled and even help with Bluetooth connecting phone to car. Thank you New Duluth Auto!! I love my new-to-me car -2018 Subaru Crosstrex. I definitely recommend.

I’ve been recommended these guys for years so when it came time for a new car I decided to try them out. I’ve been beyond satisfied with the care I’ve been shown as a first time customer and of course very happy with my Outback! These guys have a level of integrity and honesty that can’t be beat, you can rest assured you’ll be sold a car they’d trust their own child to drive. To talk a little about how they go above and beyond, last winter I had a little battery issue, so I reached out to see about buying a new one from them vs a box store. Totally unprovoked, Javan took it upon himself to deliver and install a new battery at my house across town (not to mention it was -40 outside) within a few hours, just so I could get to work! Aside from that I have had no issues with the car and I’m very pleased with my purchase! My Subie has been everything I wanted and more, I can’t wait for more summertime excursions with all my newfound towing capacity and space! I’m definitely planning to buy my next car here when the time comes since now I’m feeling pretty sold on the Subaru:)
10/10 in quality, safety, reliability, staff availability, staff approachability, vehicle selection, vehicle appearance and cleanliness

I was very pleased with my first purchase of a 2017 Subaru Forester a few yrs ago that My wife and I purchased a second one from them. This time a 2023 Subaru Forester. Nice to see a smaller dealer stand behind their products and follow through on promises even after the sale. Yes, I would purchase from them again.

I recently bought my first ever car—a 2017 Subaru—from New Auto Duluth, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, I was a little nervous going in, but everyone there was incredibly friendly, patient, and never made me feel judged. They’re upfront and honest, and it’s clear they truly care about their customers.
Instead of pushing for the highest price, they focus on making sure you’re in a safe, reliable car that fits your needs. It really feels like they want you to come back for your next car, not just make a quick sale. I 100% plan on going back to them in the future and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, down-to-earth used car dealership.

I sang from the roof top about this dealership, and stood by that for longer than I should have. If you buy a car from them, it will be good car. Hondas, Toyotas, and Suburu’s tend to be great cars. I referred people to them who bought cars.
I repent.
Don’t bother paying for an extended warranty, or bring your car to them for repair. After 3 weeks, with an extended warranty, I brought my car in for a non functional a/c, and headlight issues. I told them it was wiring harnesses for the headlights. At that point, I was in my first trimester of pregnancy with my now almost 2 year old. They fixed neither issue. After a year and a half of bringing my car in, then picking it up to find it not fixed and them stating, “we can’t figure it out.” -They finally replaced the wiring harnesses. It was such a simple fix
The a/c still doesn’t work.
They state I can bring it back in, but after this long, why would I go a few days without a car, to come back and pick up a car that hasn’t been repaired. It’s been a huge slap in the face, and I know better now than to expect better from them. Don’t end up in my shoes. Or car.
