Our experience with Nikki Roy State Farm has been exceptional. Nikki, Brandon, and Lindsey are incredibly knowledgeable and helped find the perfect home and auto policy that was well below our previous insurance. Nikki is amazing! First off she saved me a boat load of money, with waaaay more coverage right outta the gate. When I had to file a claim, she went to bat for me immediately. Instead of playing pass the buck like many other agents have in the past, she made the process so streamlined for me. I didn’t have to play phone tag with this person or that. If I had a question, she answered it immediately, and made sure she held the right people’s feet to the fire to help me out. You can tell she really cares about her clients, and treats everyone with courtesy and respect. I would recommend her to anyone I know!!
