Friendly staff but I had a small account that went inactive and the fees/ penalties were steep. I’ll just keep my credit union 5 hours away, they treat me better.

Always professional and prompt and very courteous. I have never had any issues in the 19 years I've banked with North Shore Bank. They have always been outstanding and very helpful.
