NOT good customer service! Its too overbearing trying to shop here. I barely got in the door and there was 4 guys breathing down my neck. Im heading to a different tool shop. I felt harassed rather than serviced. Never seen a woman shop for her own tools before??? Lighten up guys. Not everyone steals.

Thieves! I brought a lawn trimmer in for repair and they asked for a $60 deposit. Couldn’t understand that but after questioning the reason for it one of the workers said sometimes people don’t pick things up and it’s a disposal fee. Pretty lame. I brought it there because I thought it might be a warranty issue That would be covered. I had only used it about 10 times. The person in the shop said they would call me regarding the issue since I only paid $79 and didn’t want to put much into it. I never received that call but was called after it was repaired. It just needed a carburetor adjustment. For someone who works on these all the time it should’ve been a 15 to 20 minute job. I got billed for a full hour. $50. I then noticed there was a $10 shop fee. All that’s needed is a screwdriver. Maybe they had to go out and buy a new one😂. Oh wait maybe the charge was for a sheet of paper towel to wipe his hands. Anyway, the repair price came to the exact total of my deposit. Never ever going there again. Now I know why they want the Deposit!

Store is very clean, people very helpful, lots of selection. Often prices are cheaper on Northern Tool on-line, just have to show them when checking out and they will price adjust.

Terrible service. Do not ever bring anything here to get serviced. There is a $60 “deposit” that you have to make for dropping anything off and you are charged before it’s even worked on or looked at. They tell you that you will be refunded if your service doesn’t amount to the $60 but you will never see that money again. Total joke and terrible corporation

Lazy employees specially older skinny grandpa looking with bad attitude to top it off this person dosent know where items are located or have a clue about products in the store, the store dosent need employees like this person and should consider get rid of him and hire someone else.
