Some visits are very positive, with staff being very helpful, listening to issues, and offering solutions like cheaper parts with multiple connection types. They provide good off-street parking. However, other experiences can be disappointing. On some occasions, employees may not be very helpful, can make a customer feel brushed off, or may refuse to perform services like taking out a dead battery. Tools are sometimes offered but can be unorganized. Overall, when the staff is engaged, they help customers figure out the right parts and provide appreciated service.
Cody was a standup guy and installed my wiper blades outside in the pouring rain… immediately after coming inside from doing so for another customer. Awesome service, give him a raise!

Had the part I needed, although I did have to get the part number myself. Tough location, the guy I dealt with needs a touch more time, but the job gets done.
