Extremely disappointed in this location, mailed something and paid for overnight and it was never delivered. Called multiple times and attempted to get my money back for non-delivery. I wouldn’t use this location, I was told to file a claim and it was denied because I have to file with the company directly. I mailed something out the 17th of September and it wasn’t never delivered. Left messages with reps and no follow up, getting the run around with no progress.

Helpful. Worker was friendly and provided good customer service. I had a UPS QR Scan return (which was not accepted at this site). The worker helped problem solve to cancel my return then restart it (choosing the print label option). Saved me a 4 mile drive up the hill.

I was greeted immediately with friendly conversation. The gentleman at the counter took pride in securing my fragile item more than I expected. It arrived in great condition. I had a great experience and would recommend using them in the future.A few days after my package arrived I got a handwritten “thank you” card for choosing their business.Please support local small businesses, especially the Duluth Pack and Mail. Thank you Mary and crew.

I've come here several times and used the fax service, printing, drop off, pick up etc over the years. Recently I needed an Item shipped. I don't know anything about that stuff which is why I come here. I sent out the package, I get notified it arrived damaged. No problem I used FEDEX its covered!!! Right??? Right????..........Dead Wrong. I had to use them to file the claim. Tried on my own but made me go through them. Last Thursday I go in to see the guy who's name I never caught, but always seems to be working. He was super friendly and helpful, one of the questions asked was value. He asked if I insured it......Uhhh yea its included in FEDEX Ground *In my know it all voice*. He asked me if I was asked if I wanted insurance.......NOPE. I was asked What's inside? ($NOT CHEAP electronic touch screen.)I was then told the price and corresponding day of arrival. I picked the cheapest one swiped my card and got my reciept. Showed me the tracking number and that was it. I learned a very expensive lesson today. Im not here to bash anyone. I want others like me with a lack of shipping knowledge to know if you send something over $100 in value via FedEx MAKE SURE IT IS INSURED..... Because the employee in this situation did not inform me insurance was available. Nor did she ask a value to declare which I am guessing would prompt them to RECOMMEND I get insurance. Which I would have happily purchased. But simply due to the fact that a value was not declared (due to lack of knowledge / information) I am out the entire amount I paid for that item. The store did refund my shipping costs but it pales into comparison to what its going to take to replace this. So in the end I hope you put out a sign or have the clerks inform customers of declaring value and insurance for shipping items. Had that happened this would have been a 5 star review. But unfortunately after hearing the guy clerk say they were supposed to say something about that I cant help but feel like had I gone right to Fedex I would not be out this money. I would have been offered the protection. Or if the clerk was supposed to tell me and did not they would pay the claim because I was not offered the protection needed.
