This is my second time here. First time wasn’t memorable in a good or bad way. This second time it was memorable in a bad way 😟 Pedicure was ok bit I asked for the sandals and he just pointed to the chair for nails so I had to sit with my feet on the floor… The gel manicure was not. The polish was sticking to the edge of my fingers / cuticle, the polish was uneven and already peeling up in areas and was all over my finger tips. The front desk guy tried to help but there was no salvage. The color was also not the same as the swatch. I got home and spent an hour getting it off. Don’t recommend unfortunately.

We went as a group of 4 for mani/pedi and didn't feel rushed. They were super quick and friendly. All our nails look so good!

Qnails is my go-to. I’ve gotten the best nails from Chris and Jenny, but I’ve never been disappointed in the others either! I highly recommend!!!

I don’t recommend this place I’ve been coming here for a while but today was the icing on the cake no people skill disrespectful man I payed for the service and was treated very poorly don’t come here unless you want to get treated badly

I visited on 5/27/25 to get acrylics taken off. The nail artist (never introduced themselves) immediately tried to pry off the acrylics from underneath with plastic acrylic nail molds; no thinning out with a drill, no soaking, no actual tools. Once I asked if we could do it a safer way, she slowed down and opted for tools.
The front desk worker was nice and friendly, so I was feeling optimistic even after looking at the questionable reviews.

Absolutely would recommend! The atmosphere was so soothing and calm, the pricing was fair for the quality I received, and Ann did amazing!! She was kind, fun, offered some amazing ideas (that I decided to go with because they elevated the look so well!), and just did an overall great job on my nails.
