These guys were amazing! Incredibly helpful and answered all my questions without a huge sales pitch attached. Didn’t rush me or try to close the deal prematurely. Would definitely recommend letting them help you accessorize your vehicle. I got a decked unit for my truck and a very satisfied with the installation and product! Thanks Paul!

Do not i repeat do not go to this store. I would of gave a 0 if I could. Horrible coustomer service. Had some work done on my truck, back rack, work lights and strobe light. On top of that i had to help install the back rack.They couldn't preform the wiring so They hired a company to come in and do a horrible job. Went back in to the Duluth Mn store and all there employees did was laugh at the products used and told me how bad the wiring was. This Duluth mn store are is the one who recommended the products used on my truck.I called coustomer service and they told me since the company wire works is out of business they hired there is nothing they can do. I paid Radco for the job not anyone else. Should not be my problem but I guess I have to pay twice because of Radco's shady business.

Excellent service, this is our second time outfitting a vehicle! We were so pleased the first time, we went back five years later! Staff was highly professional, curtious. Even military a discount! !

Showed up for price information and product choices for our truck. After talking with them about covers his no pressure style and quality of displays we decided to order one. After checking the inventory, finding exactly what we wanted, within 45 minutes we left with a professional installation. Couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience, the price was very competitive but with the amazing service and quality product lines there's no competition. We will definitely be back to get a roll out bed from them having it installed there, especially at the price point they offer. Thanks again for everything.

I'm disappointed in the staff at the Duluth Radco store. I stopped with my dad to pick up a tonneau cover. No real issues with the cover or selection. The problem happened when we left. The battery in his truck died. The staff refused to help us. I guess its against store policy to jump start trucks. Who would of thought a truck accessory store would refuse to help jump start someone's truck. Can you trust a company/staff that refuses to help with one of the most simple things?

Had this topper put on in 2021. The foam seal was wearing out and they were so helpful and speedy getting me in and out after fixing it.

I went in to get a few questions answered. They showed me quite a few choices. The only thing they didn't know was how the box rack would work with the tonneau cover.

Ordered replacement latches for Leer topper due to frozen locks. Had to special order so all keyed alike. Parts weren't happening, and they kept me informed. Called back and had a junk Leer topper, removed latches and sent to me and received them the next day, and it was.only $10!Fantastic customer care, thank you.

Call this location in Duluth I'm a hour 20 minutes away they told me bring my truck and they'll see if they could help I arrived they sent my to a chain parts store next door without even looking at what I needed Very disappointed terrible customer service I don't recommend this business
