Don't trust the integrity of this company. After renting for over 9 years from them, they'll kick you to the curb without warning. If they don't put an end date on your new lease, be prepared to be displaced.

Their "emergency contact phone number" is outsourced to some call center in Georgia. Good luck getting any help from them outside of business hours or on weekends in the chance you have an ACTUAL EMERGENCY.
