I love rue21 the service they're especially the young man that works there he is so beyond helpful and I love their prices and their products they just need more people to work so they can get their stuff put out on the shelves but their story I love their store I recommend this store to any plus size woman or any women. What even if they don't have the clothes in the store you can order them online from their store and have them sent to their store or to your house I love their products if I could give rue21 10 Stars I would!!!!!!!!!!!!

Customer service was a little rude the store was not closing for a half hour and staff refused to let my daughter try on a dress which only would of taken less than 5 mins. They seemed irritated with us being there at all.

Customer service is terrible but they do have cute stuff. I went here with my friends and we were having fun and laughing but a Karen worker came up to us and YELLED at us because one of us had our mask down for a split second and I noticed the worker yelled at the people POC when there was clearly white WORKERS with their mask down. My friend has asthma and sometimes needs to keep her mask down but pulls it back up in almost a second. My bff got this beautiful bracelet from here but it immediately broke and she only had it for an hour but she didn't even Get a refund even with the receipt. This store is one of my favorites but the workers are SO rude and for what? Working at a tacky store that girls with low income go shopping... I am sick of grown women yelling at teenagers that did absolutely nothing. Not mad at the store just the workers. Also the quality of some of their clothing isn't the best but I am not complaining. The dressing rooms are closed which isn't a problem but we had to go to the bathroom outside the store instead of trying it on... which is already infuriating because most of the girls didn't have money for all three items and the whole point of trying them on was to see what one we wanted to actually buy. Even when the woman behind the counter told us to come back and return the items which she didn't even let us because we "stretched it out", we got body shamed even though all of us are considered skinny. Plus the mannequins have un-realistic proportions-corset like waist but huge hips. Disappointed but I will still be shopping here. Plus the zipper on one of the shirts I bought broke.

Door was propped open went inside. Girl working there was so rude. All she had to say was that they were closed. Instead she was rude about it. I go there all the time with my grandkids. Not upset at store just the girl.

The store has been pretty bare for the last year, but more than likely due to the virus. I miss the store when it was so full that clothes were stacked! It'll get there, just needs time. But it's clean and the associates are nice :)
