Jamie helped me find my first home in 2020 in Duluth, MN and made the whole experience feel seamless! We must've looked at over 20 homes and made multiple offers in what must've been the craziest market but Jamie never made us feel rushed. She helped us make reasonable offers and landed in the perfect starter home in the Riverside neighborhood of Duluth!
Fast-forward 4.5 years, married with a 4 month old, a dog, and a cat who constantly found herself under my feet - we knew we needed more space and wanted to be closer to family! Jamie once again made a challenging process feel simple and helped us find our dream fixer upper in Cloquet, MN! I would recommend J.S. Realty to anybody. During our time working with them, we've met Julie, Braxton, Braelyn, and especially Jamie during showings, open houses, etc. Their team is professional, patient, and in the business for all the right reasons! 10/10 recommend!

Julie, Braelyn, and their team are truly top notch through and through. I have purchased two homes and sold one with their help, all 3 transactions were absolutely flawless and they do a fantastic job helping every step of the way! I thought that selling my late father's house from out of state was going to be challenging, but Jamie made the process seamless. Her knowledge of the area and her network of reliable professionals (like home inspectors), were invaluable. Her expertise took the stress off of my plate. Jamie has exceptional communication.
