I've stopped in here every few months for a couple years and every time I'm just more and more disappointed. There are no fitting rooms available, so the clothing racks just keep getting fuller and fuller and you have to wade thru so much trash to find something good, which is then always priced way too high for used clothes. I'm not going to buy something without trying it on, especially if the only refund is in store credit. The hard items they sell are dirty, and some things should simply be thrown away.

The absolute worst customer service. The employees are either not trained or do not care to do their job. No cashiers just self checkout. To get one of the huddled gossiping four employees standing by was uncomfortable. I felt like i was interrupting their snack time to get any help.

Great place to go thrifting. Employees could be more attentive and aware instead of getting work done. But dont get me wrong I love this store! Thank u for having a store like this...

I returned a lamp, which the manager seemed to know didn't work. If you know it's broken, why is it for sale?Manager standing around with another employee while a teenager trained in a new employee at the return desk. Very slow service. Credit card machine wasn't working properly.

2/11/2023Rude floor associate stood around the whole time my family was there but when there were 4 different people in a small area 3 with carts. She felt then need to say excuse me very rudely and made everyone move so she could go through. So much for customers being priority... returned on 11/16/2023 staff seriously needs training on customer service. Was looking at jeans, the size I was looking at was at least a 6-7foot long area. A young woman came over said excuse me, shoved the leans over in-front for me and proceeded to put more jeans on. Why did it need to be right where I was shopping? She was just rude. The words excuse me don’t excuse rudeness… did spend $40 there would have spent more but was done shopping after that… lady at cash register was loud and unprofessional. I actually felt bad for the manager who was on break and had her yelling at him across the store. Even managers need a break. Be professional, tell them he is out in break and will be back in 30. People understand this. So very very disappointing

This store is crazy dirty, the prices are outrageous and the employees will knock you down without so much as a glance in your direction. There's a newer male employee who shouts and argues with customers at the registers. After seeing him yelling at an older man who was struggling to use a self check out, I won't shop here again for a long time.

I donated 8 bags of merchandise to Savers Thrift Store since last year, hoping to make a positive impact. However, my recent experience left me disheartened. I tried to use one of the 20% coupons I received, only to be told it had expired by just one month. This meant I couldn't utilize any of the 8 coupons I had earned through my donations. I value the principle of giving, but this experience has left me wondering if I can have my donations returned or if there's a way to ensure the coupons I receive align better with my intentions.

I went to savers on Wednesday Sept 6th looking to get myself a decent pair of jeans. The only pair I found was the size I wanted. Unfortunately, the jeans had no tag. The cashier called the supervisor over and he said that I could not buy them if there was no tag, he said to try again tomorrow. I was disappointed because I wanted to buy them. After checking out I explained to him that they were the only jeans that I found in my size. He told me no I don’t feel comfortable pricing clothes. Again, I was disappointed because I didn’t want to have to go out and buy brand new jeans. I gave up and left. I won’t shop there again.

Great place for Halloween costumes. We go almost every year. Really wide selection of clothing. Some furniture is good, but prices a bit high for used stuff.

I'm visiting here in Duluth, I live in Illinois and savers in my town are three times cheaper than here I don't understand why prices are so high on used things.

This place is fun! You can find some hidden gems here every once in a while. I think they do a good job setting fair enough prices and having items that are somewhat desirable. Very rarely do I go here and not walk away with at least one thing.

This place is awesome. I highly recommend. Killer prices. I found a jacket selling local for $200 and I paid $7 here. Mint condition. Highly highly recommend going here.

I come here maybe 5 days of the week, I’m a thrift addict. But over the years the prices have gotten a little nuts. Even if it’s a clearly worn down pair of sweatpants, as long as it’s sporting a Nike logo etc, bam 15-20$. You get these items for free and the whole point to thrift is that big brands are attainable to lower income brackets. And I would never use the bathrooms, the smell is usually comparable to a public beach bathroom that’s warm and musty, and always dirty.

For a store that gets everything donated to them, they for sure making millions of dollars from nothing! Everything is to high priced for used items! It's a waste of time for myself to walk through the doors.everyone should start dropping there donations off to Goodwill, I wish Goodwill had a larger place, they have set prices, have sales through out the week.

I am disappointed that small holiday sales no longer exist. Historically, small holidays had 50% off all clothes. Now you don't ever have a dressing room. Savers is just getting worse all the time... prices are getting out of hand too!!!
