He helped me complete an Amazon return by explaining the steps & provided information about the return process that I was not aware of. While I was waiting in line I noticed how friendly he was with the previous customer even provided small dog treats to a service dog during her transaction. Because of Chaz’s friendly and informative service I will return to this UPS location.”
