“Today I went to my fave UPS store in Kenwood where I met Louise with all my Handout copying needs for upcoming NVC Training. He patiently heard each different request and handed the finished ones to me. Then the printer stalled / needed more ink as Louise was finishing my 9 page packet.? He got the printer fixed & was kind, patient and respectful to me as a customer… while a considerable line of other customers came into the store. THANKYou Louise!”
