I stopped in for a bike repair while in Duluth visiting family. They got my bike fixed up right away, which was great. Even better though, was that all the staff were so friendly to me and my 11yo. They all genuinely seemed to be having fun at work. I could tell in our few minutes there that the culture was great, and that makes for a good place to shop.

Several friends and I met in Duluth for a weekend of activities, including biking on the Munger trail. We checked with a number of shops in the are to find enough bikes for our group and that would also accommodate 1/2 day rentals. We found the Ski Hut location near Spirit Mountain to have a good selection of bikes with half day rental available and located right adjacent to the trail.
We worked with Chris and Shawn to get bikes lined up for our group. They were both really great to work with, totally low key, knowledgeable and helpful. We upgraded our original plans to ebikes which were a big hit as we had widely different endurance abilities in our group. Chris set us up with Trek bikes with the Bosch mid-drive system. Really a nice quality bike for a rental and decently priced too.
Easily my first choice shop for my next visit to the area.

i came in with the wrong tooth counts in my head and was a bit of a jerk to an employee about it. despite my initial curtness, everyone was still so kind and helpful and got me all fixed up with the gears i really needed

Stopped here from out of state to check out their e bikes. I special ordered a bike that was not in stock and they were able to get it delivered and set up in two days. Jake was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend this store and their staff.

My husband and I had an excellent experience at Ski Hut where we recently bought two Trek e-bikes, helmets, and a bike rack. Our sincere thanks to Cory for his valued guidance, patience and decades of experience in assisting us with our purchases. He truly went above and beyond our expectations in answering our many questions, along with excellent support and service. It was abundantly clear that Cory sincerely wanted us to be fully satisfied with our bikes – which we are! Based on our experience, we can highly recommend Cory and the Ski Hut to those interested in biking and other outdoor sports!

Great support on MS150 ride. Stopped quickly for a consult on a brake concern and Mason set me up with almost a full tuneup and a few concerns on my bike to follow up on.

Don't know anywhere else that has this return policy that wants to keep customers. 30 days is pretty much the standard everywhere. Do better.

My husband and I had an excellent experience at Ski Hut over the weekend! We came in looking for new bindings for my snowboard, and Cory was so helpful. He asked quite a few questions to understand my experience and riding style to know what would work best for me.We talked a bit while he was prepping my board with the new bindings, and we realized my husband's gear was in need of replacement too. Cory walked us through different board styles and helped us figure out which would be a great fit for him, and we ended up getting a new board and bindings for him too.Cory was incredibly patient with all of our questions and there was never a moment where we felt we were getting a "sales pitch" - just someone who was passionate about the sport and excited to get us into the right gear.His personable approach, along with his passion and knowledge will definitely have us coming back whenever we're in need of new gear!

Cory was such a helpful, kind, understanding worker. He saved my boot bindings for my last season of boarding. He made me comfortable and welcomed with not only doing his job but being human. By understanding how I felt on feeling like my season came to an end, how my life was going and what was on my mind about my future path.
