15 yr warranty means nothing. Issue with my mattress means I get an additional $440 bill to “warranty” my not even 2 yr old mattress.

The guys at the Duluth MN store are excellent! Answered all my questions, showed me my options. They put together the best deal possible. Took care of all the paperwork with out any trouble, financing it was easy too. Quality appears great. Received my pillow and protectors. Just have to say I’m IMPRESSED!!! Thank you Sleep Number! i just dont get the value proposition of sleep number. With so many other devices to track sleep - fitbit, oura ring, whoop, apple watch - and many others - why would i want my bed to it as well? The bed to me seems very overpriced.

The folks at Sleep Number were very knowledgeable about their products. We found them to be respectful and patient with all our questions. We continued to check out other beds by different companies but in the end, we went with the Sleep Number. We loved the fact that we could control the firmness on each of our sides of the bed. That was the game changer for us. The bed was delivered on the date promised. The delivery and set up team were great to work with. Personable, efficient and helpful every step of the way. We are very happy customers!

Just updated our bed after 19 years. Sleep Number beds are the best. Over the 19 Years I have adjusted it 1000s of times. So each time it was a new bed. So you can adjust your bed. Can't do that with a inner spring or foam mattress. Buy a Sleep Number, they are worth it the first time you adjust it. They are amazing.Just buy one and be done.

The sales people at the Duluth store did not need to "pitch" the greatness of these beds. The one we purchased will be our third one. our first was 30 years ago, the second is 20 years old(we are putting it in a spare bed room) They explained how the new ones are even better than the old ones. We also purchased the flex fit 3 base being we are a little older now.(more comfort). We are looking forward to the delivery date.
