Terrible, terrible service. Went into the store to cancel my grandparents service, that I am full admin on, and was told I can not do anything and basically have to wait until my grandparents die to use the death certificate to cancel. Do not go to this location.

Just another bullsh-t communications provider like Frontier and At&t. Signed up for new service, as I relocated to a new area. Not only did I not get what I requested at sign up, additional services were added which I did not request, at considerable price. When I called to have these additions removed, I got to listen to sales pitches for additional services. Why would I sign up for a cell phone when you cant get a simple internet order correct. Removing the unwanted and and not requested services was a difficult task, with long periods of being placed on hold while a 'manager' was consulted. As a new customer, this is a very underwhelming experience. I would look elsewhere next time.

Internet service was fine. Cost kept going up and up and up. Called to cancel my service and spoke to "J" . She would not let me cancel. She kept asking me what kind of devices I have, how many, what type of gaming do I do, how many people live in my house. I was trying to be polite but I kept saying "I am sorry but I just want to cancel my service. I am work and I can't be spending all this time answering your questions". She was unbelievably condescending. Wouldn't let me cancel until I answered probably 20 questions. When I answered, she kept asking me to elaborate on my questions. Wouldn't let me talk to a manager. Then she started in on why I need internet and how important is. Then came the sales pitch for cell phone service, etc. Finally after all her pitches, she cancelled my service.

You guys are the shadiest internet company ever, I upgraded to the gigabyte service and 90% of the time I'm still getting less then 200mbps, my games lag. I am so glad to be done with you guys purposely slowing down my internet when you think I'm not paying attention. Literally you would probably have better speeds off of phone internet, or even dial up would preform better. You guys are garbage

Don't get a cell phone from them if you need to text more than 10 people in a group chat. They block it.

Staff in this store seem very depressed. I guess they should be, but it's still a bit sad to walk in and see them stare at the floor while leaning against the cheap, particle-board surfaces of their empty little day-cage. Guys, if u read this, get out of there. Do it for your parents; they wanted more for you.

Much higher price than the other providers near by, they don’t have actual people answering the phone when you call, and the service gets cut out without being warned. There should be a warning when they are planning on working on the lines.

Really disappointing that the charges keep going up. I chose spectrum because of the quality and it was cheaper than the other competitors. Now prices are high for quality internet and its sad to see. If prices keep going up I might look into a different company. Kind of sad.
