This gas station’s air pump is not free and did not work. It actually took air out of my tires. The Cenex/Short Stop down the road has free air that worked just fine.

Most of staff are rude. There are like maybe two people that aren't. They close early and stand doing nothing at the register while watching you try to get into the business; DURING BUSINESS HOURS.

The ice and pop machine are a total nasty mess, if its the same next time i go I plan to call health department with a complaint. Someone could get sick from that.

Honest to God worst employees ever!!!!!! They are beyond rude and will literally leave u standing there to walk around the store or be on their phone while I'm being charged by the minute for my Lyft to wait! I work at a convenience store but unfortunately this one is closest to my house. Me and my coworkers would be fired on the spot if we ever treated customers the way ur employees do!!!

The pre-paid pumps don't allow you to use your card. I still had to go inside and pre pay. Annoying. Not enough staff either.

Extremely bizzare customer service from an elderly employee who clearly is spiteful of her job? Ambushed me in line for the bathroom as it was in use by another patron, with a giant sign covering the door to ask if I had the key? Clearly not because the person INSIDE has the bathroom key. No need to scream at an unsuspecting patron and then backtalk me by raising her voice and pointing at the “ask the front desk for the key sign.” Improve your own life circumstances, get a decent job, and perhaps your workday won’t be so miserable by 9am that you’re screaming at peaceful customers.

refuse to let me pay for what I had I was accused at another location so I asked to see footage because I knew it wasn’t me I just wanted to buy a slushy and continue coming to the only store I can get to that’s close to me downtown and called the police and so did I so yeah they are really bad store

Store is closed randomly between 1am-5am without any notice listed, and changes day by day, depending on who is working, which confuses me as Google says it's open 24/7. Would've been a waste of a trip if I wasn't a few minutes early; cashier even told me they close at random times. How about some consistency?
