The units are raised a few inches above the ground and they provide pallets to stack your things on. The ground around the units can be fairly muddy, but otherwise it's a good place.

I moved to Duluth and needed a storage unit. I had rented a Budget moving truck and Storage King is where I needed to drop off the truck.
I was so happy to learn that Storage King had units available! The staff is very friendly and helpful. During the last snowstorm we had I wasn't able to make it on time to pay my storage bill. The staff allowed me to pay with no penalty even though I was a day late. I'm very satisfied with the service I received during the time I needed a storage unit. The unit that I used was an indoor unit. It is a very clean and well maintained storage facility. Great group of folks here!

I have had two of my daughters and little bit of my belongings in a 10×15 since October 2016. Yes they have been great to my daughters and Iive on very little each month, while my daughters were in no position to pay or help me pay to protect their things, even when I've been hospitalized and in a coma, if I missed several payments due to my health they worked with me,
Yes we've had some controversy over how much I even owe today, they've put me in an auction state, and last minute worked out some extra payments with my daughters.

It has been 27 months ( 2 yrs 3 months )
As of today January 1, 2019.
I WISH THEY HAD A PAYMENT OPTION ON THEIR WEBSITE, THAT IN FEED WOULD MAKE MY LIFE A LOT EASIER. ( I live so far away and am terminal with COPD, so yes I wish they had that payment option.)
All in all I love this place, they've been good to me and my daughters.

Loved working with these guys! The setup process was super easy, and their rates were more than fair for the unit we rented. We were able to get a unit in the new building, and getting in and out was a breeze. Plus, when you're ready to move things, you can schedule a budget truck pickup right on site!

Good people here. Really, just good people. I don't have a lot of experience in storage units, but I can't imagine the actual unit is really what makes or breaks the experience. The staff was genuine, helpful, and friendly. Pricing was more than fair, and the process was easy. I'm proud to keep my money local and will be using them again for any of my future storage needs.
