I am on a budget and I stopped here on my way home. It's always great service and excellent deli food! But since I'm budgeting, the SuperOne worker in front of me, his name is Alex paid for my lunch just now!! Like WOW!! Thank you Alex!! I totally appreciate this!! I will pay it forward myself on payday!! Made my day!

Not a horrible store except for all the homeless people who prowl around 24/7, the employees are not great either.

Don’t shop here before 8AM. They never have more than one lane open before 7 or 8am. They have several self checkouts and instead of utilizing those so customers can get in and out before work they choose to have only one cashier working despite the several employees walking around the store at that hour. I’ve waited in line for a ridiculous amount of time more than once and refuse to patronize a company that doesn’t prioritize customer service.

Just don't go here. Every single time I am here an employee is rude. I'm supposed to like it and accept it. Each time I end up crying because they put me on the spot, rude, raise their voice, or tell me what to do. I'm the customer. I'm not a bad person. Don't be rude to me and I won't have to be rude back. They need more human relation training and to be nice and respectful to the customers.

Best selection in town on goods. Probably not the cheapest but you're gonna find better deli and meats here compared to Walmart.

Very nice grocery store as well as a deli. Once I needed three chicken pot pies towards the end of the day and Alexa (or Alexis) set them aside for me to get. Thanks :)

Super One has a caring staff that offers employment to mentally disabled persons as well as ELL people. For selection is good. Store is clean. Staff is helpful in finding items quickly. Also a great discount area of marked down soon to expire dry goods.

Selection is decent but aisle are painfully narrow - two carts cannot pass each other in some areas and entrance smells like urine every single time I've been there.

the management here is one of the most terrible things i have witnessed i have been in multiple times and have seen one of the managers “tony” degrading employees in front of customers. i also saw jakala another manger i assume being very rude to more employees

The main issue I have with this place is the deli. Every time I order some ham or roast beef, the guy behind the counter shorts me. It's always the same guy too. Everyone else, gets the weight right on or a little over. But the one guy is always under weight. After the third time he was short on the scale, I told him to forget it and I walked away. If I ask for a pound of roast beef, then give me a pound. I'm gonna avoid the deli whenever that guy is behind the counter. Besides that, the deli is great and they offer a good variety.
