I had an amazing experience at The 506 Salon! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and made to feel completely at ease. The salon is clean, stylish, and has a calming atmosphere that instantly makes you feel welcomed.
My stylist Danielle truly listened to what I wanted. The end result was even better than I imagined! My hair looks and feels fantastic, and I’ve received so many compliments since.
What really sets this salon apart is the attention to detail and the genuine care they show for their clients. This place is safe, inclusive, and welcoming to all — you can feel the positive energy and acceptance the moment you walk in.
Whether you're looking for a fresh cut, color, or just some self-care time, this is the place to go. Highly recommend to anyone looking for skilled professionals and a relaxing, uplifting experience!

I’ve been debating on leaving a review for a few months now, after my hair is still recovering from the amount of damage it went through after being FRIED!
I booked an appointment here and was able to get in the next day due to a cancellation from a previous stylist i had been seeing for three consistent months. I was trying to get in before my birthday so I was very grateful to of been seen and helped, especially by eddie who at the time had quite a bit of great reviews. i’m not made of money by any means so this was a huge treat for myself! there wasn’t a worry in my mind at the time.
I’m used to getting a balayages but wanted something different where my hair was split between blonde and dark brown. i distinctly remember telling eddie id be fine with going for a balayage if he didn’t think he could do what i was originally asking for. He told me he could do it and also went on about being trained in a very high standards salon in California- again this man did not give me a single doubt he could do what i was asking. I wanted to get my hair as light as I was able to WITHIN REASON of keeping the blonde one color. I made myself very clear! he was made aware that my hair was not virgin and had dye in it from other salon. I sat with my head burning for so long and my hair was not lifting right. He left me alone and rarely even checked up on me.
the entire appointment was awkward and extremely forced. I did not feel welcome, or comfortable whatsoever. I tried to make conversation and was almost always shut down the entire time and treated what felt like absolute garbage. my hair ended up a complete and utter disaster.
Despite all of that I did like my hair leaving the salon, it wasn’t EXACTLY what i wanted but it was within reason. When i went home and split my hair, it was absolutely FRIED! Some parts were copper, some being platinum and completely uneven. Not the way I wanted to look for my 23rd birthday.
When I asked for it fixed and a refund i was told no, and that if i wanted to get it fixed I could come back in a month to pay for it to be done the right way. I was also told that we “went over how it would take multiple appointments” but i promise you we did not. Had i know this was going to take up to 3 sessions i would’ve just went for the balayage! I complained that i couldn’t even get my hair up with how bad it looked and was told “you won’t have your hair up with that hair style anyway.” RIDICULOUS ! i wanted to get as light as i was able to while keeping the same tone throughout the blonde he could pull it to! I was more than excited to have my hair up showing the two separate sections of color.
absolutely ridiculous- refused to refund me my 250 dollars, rarely spoke to me, left me alone with bleach for very very extensive amounts of time rarely checking me and refused to stake any accountability for MESSING UP MY HAIR. do NOT waste your time money or energy on Eddie!

Went here to get a haircut from Danielle, she did a great job despite very little instruction from me because I wasn’t sure what I wanted. I’ve been getting compliments ever since! Cute place and affordable haircuts for a salon-style atmosphere.

I had my hair done in an updo by Amber for our outdoor 25th wedding anniversary photo shoot. I booked online as we were from out of town and not only did Amber take her time she made sure to let me know that she was available should the wind do damage before the photo session took place. Would highly recommend The 506 Salon and Amber:)

The folks here are so kind and incredible!! I had trouble figuring out how the payment system for the street parking worked and they explained it to me and even gave me quarters to use on the machine since I didn't have any on me!!

I can't say enough First visit today for myself and husband SO happyI had given up on my hair ,but Eddie is an artist! Very patient and listened to me gave me great tips on hair care beautiful color and perfect cut..and assured me over time my hair will bounce back from damage we both were very happy and such a cool salon very well decorated and happy environment!! Thank You Eddie and the 506 !
