“Had a great experience at the Miller Hill Mall Build-A-Bear! The staff were wonderful and made everything easy, but I was honestly most impressed with the quality of the stuffed animals. They’re soft, sturdy, and hold up really well!! I bought mine before a trip and brought it traveling and it was more comfortable than my neck pillow, It ended up being the perfect travel buddy and something I plan to use for every trip in the future! The heart ceremony was awesome too and made the whole experience stand out. Very happy with the experience and the quality. They also let me know that they offer repairs for free if there is ever any damage. Overall a really good experience and will definitely be going back!”
“I called to ask about Jellycats, and the lady who answered was so helpful! First of all, a real person answered the phone, not an automated system. She knew which plush they had in stock, and was helpful with other questions.
We have visited this toy store over the years, and they always have a wide inventory of cool and unique toys, puzzles, and games. Most are very educational, and the store is organized by age category and interest, which makes it really nice for shopping.
Visiting this place feels like a fun activity in itself, just for the experience!”

“It's a really large store. Bigger than 5he others. Staff there is incredibly sweet. Everything is always in stock. Love that it's in a mall. I stop for a quick massage and grab some sushi on my way out.”

“My wife and I stopped in here on a trip to the North shore. It's right across from one of our favorite restaurants so we thought to check it out. We had a blast seeing so much stuff from our childhood in there and chatting with the store owner. Great place!!! Highly recommend!!!?
