Getting the truck was no problem. No problem with the truck. Unfortunately a week and a half later another charge showed up on my account, claiming that my credit card was denied and they had to charge me extra. They were rude to me and told me to call the 800 number. I rented the truck for 2 days, put 17 miles on it. They said I got charged $17 for the mileage when I put over $20 back in the tank. They said there was nothing they could do to help me. Will not use their service again.

Very nice people and very helpful. Their trucks were clean and serviced. I got a 15 ft cube van at a great price.I intend on using their services again.

Small mom and pop business run by a very pleasant couple. We arrived 10 minutes prior to opening and they were able to help us. They were very accommodating and even allowed us to return the trailer after hours if necessary. The only reason I gave them a 4* rather than 5* was that the furniture dolly had some grease on the rubber treads where the furniture would have rested.

Renter beware! rent your u-haul from ANY other location.Rented a u-Haul from this location. We requested a dolly. There was no dolly on the truck. When I called to ask them to remove the charge from my bill, the person on the phone got hostile, and wouldn't help me. Thanks for stealing my money, bro.While I recognize that this may be out of their hands, raising your voice and being rude - not okay. Telling me it is "out of your hands" is not okay. How about being nice, and trying to help your customers not get screwed over?EDITED TO ADD: After dealing with the unhelpful staff, i called uHaul's 1800 number. I had to wait on hold for over 45 minutes. The customer service agent was very friendly and offered to refund my money for the dolly - only to discover that this uHaul dealer had refunded my money 10 minutes earlier - after i called. Not only were they rude, but they also were able to refund my money the whole time.

Stopped in a hour before closing time on thursday and ask if a truck was available for friday. They said there would be one. I said i'll take it. Come back same time on friday to find lights off and door closed. Thanks for that
