The quality and help I received was great, I did not feel rush and all my questions were answered thanks to Sam for all the help she helped me out greatly. I think the store could be more organized and clean but it did not take away from my experience

Chris and Sam, were a huge help in straightening out a screw up by Amazon. They went above and beyond to get the problem taken care of by contacting Amazon and getting me three extra shipping labels that were needed for returning the four items I brought them. Thank you again, Chris and Sam!!

Rude and lazy workers.
Called them ahead to see if they'd be able to send out my item (which was less than 50Ibs, but 6 - 7ft), they said yes. But when I arrived with said item, I was told that they had no boxes that would fit my item and that it would cost $300. Then suggested I order boxes from ULINE (the same place they get their shipping boxes from) myself.
(after that, I left the store in search of a big enough box, which took 4hrs but found some and went back to the store.)
When I re-entered the building, a lady behind the counter sighed loudly as I approached (RUDE). I asked about the $300 and the lady told me they would have to hire someone else to package it for them. Then when I asked if they'd send it if I packaged it myself, they said no.
So honestly, it was a HUGE waste of my time and energy. This store not only needs better employees but clearly need to have better stock on their shipping boxes. Like, how do they send TVs, huge antique treasure chests (seen one in the back of their store), but not my package? I haven't a clue. To me it felt like they just pushed me to the side because it was getting close to closing time.

This store is always rude young blonde guy yesterday. I asked how much to send my package smart ass said depends on size where weight. I said I know I'd like to know cost for second time as he laughed measuring said 32 change. I couldn't hear rudelady beside me rustling a paper I asked him several times to speak up to get laughed at. I go to local post office 16 change he should be fired. Extremely disappointed
