The worst department I've ever seen, they sent me my headphones so I could track them with my phone. And I discovered that by some miracle one of my headphones was taken out of the case and box and for some reason this headphone stayed there and the case went to me. So I'm just sitting here watching them deliver the case without the headphones.

Every time I visit this Post Office I am treated with efficiency and friendliness. The women postal workers are especially warm and really know their stuff! I have never been treated with anything but perfect kindness! Thank you, postal workers!

Outgoing mail has been sitting in my box for a week. Male comes whenever the mail man feels like bringing it. I get notifications that mail is coming and then it shows up days later. Outgoing is still sitting there. He walked up to the neighbor's house and turned around.

So far I have used this place three times and all three times my paid priority package room 5-7 days to get from Mn to SD. I send the same package every week for 7 years and never from anywhere else has it took this long. Terrible and the delivery timeframe is not good!

This place is often packed and seems understaffed but the staff are super helpful and very patient.

Why did Duluth send my package back to St. Paul where it came from? It was supposed to be delivered this Saturday but now it will (hopefully) be delivered on Monday June 2. Can anyone at the PO explain this to me?????

They have a couple good workers here (older fella and lady with tattoos are super friendly).
That said, most of the front staff are lazy, rude, and short with you.
In addition, they'll sometimes start locking up way earlier than their listed hours. I went in today, just to discover that they decided they were closing up a half hour early. It's a shame that they never get reprimanded for their poor quality of work.

Tamara was amazing! She deserves a medal for the work she did today. She was so professional and kind while the line moved out the door and she had no help. She was literally the only one working the counter. There were others there, but she was the only one actually taking care of anyone. I was so impressed with her ability to not let it affect her care for us. My daughter even lost her tooth while at the counter, and she gave us a little envelope to keep it in. She explained everything about the passport process in a clear and precise way, whilst having to deal with the pressure of having no working colleagues. I give the place one star and her 10 stars.

I won't get my mail for months. Actual months. Then get a huge drop of some stuff from that time period. I have missed court dates I didn't know I had because of this. Packages are being scanned undeliverable but never actually leave the post office as I've had to storm in there before and the man behind the counter tracked that it had never been scanned to leave. This is ridiculous. It is interfering with people's lives. You can't call to talk to anyone because they never have anyone answer the phone. I am patient and lenient but this lack of mail delivery is legitimately ruining my life and its unacceptable. Isn't it a felony to interfere with people's mail?

I have not received my mail for 2 that was supposed to be delivered according to my informed delivery. These are important items I need. I am very frustrated with delivery here. It is so undependable. I arrived anywhere between 10 am and 9 pm. It’s no wonder the post is struggling to stay afloat. I don’t send anything by mail if I don’t have to. Its ridiculous that Amazon packages get delivered before our first class mail. The mail service in Duluth MN stinks.

Why do packages take 2 days to get from Duluth to Moose Lake?? Do you not have enough people working there? Why such slow service even when I pay more for priority mail? USPS has gone downhill.
