“My male cat, Spot was having trouble using the litter box. They treated him with the upmost care and were so caring and kind to both of us! The experience was wonderful, however, the bill was expensive which I expected considering I was seen on the Saturday at 6am.

“This year will be 7 years of going to Dougherty Vet Clinic for my Guinea pig(s). Dr. Jeanetta, who has since retired, took amazing care of both my piggies. During my oldest piggies last few months she helped ease my fears about her illness and prescribed Peanut some pain meds to make her a little more comfortable in her final moments. Peanut had a very peaceful passing thanks to Dr. Jeanetta. Sylvia is still “rocking and rolling” at nearly 7 years old! She will now be seeing Dr. Emma in April and I look forward to meeting her and showing off my old piggy. Thanks Dougherty for taking care of both my piggies through every of their stages of lives!”

“After great vet care over the past few years, we had to recently put our beloved dog, Mia, down. We knew her time was rapidly running out several weeks ago due to several serious health issues. NSVH really helped blunt our sadness with their great care and compassion throughout the years since her diagnosis. On that fateful day, we chose the back seat of our Explorer as it was a favorite place for Mia. We knew it was very important for her that her life ended there. Not only were we able to comfort her but it greatly helped us with our great loss, too. Several staff came to say goodbye (in freezing temperatures) and the support we felt was very genuine and greatly appreciated. Mia lived a wonderful life with her illnesses and we so appreciate the expertise of NSVH.”
