“The care was amazing by the workers I had contact with and caring. The Vet was awesome and did give my dog the meds that she needed to get better. ❤
Though I was there for 8 hours before I was seen and I left after 91/2 hrs.
I really wished that a Vet Tech would have popped in just to make sure my dog was ok after an hour or 2 and each hour after that. The majority of the time I thought I was forgotten and nobody checked on us.”

“This vet and its people have been nothing but absolute angels for our many critters. We’ve been taking our 4 cats there regularly, and they are always extremely helpful, kind, and affordable. I recently brought my leopard gecko in when he was very sick, and they did all they could, providing me with medicine and a feeding plan and were very supportive. They were able to take him in at a moment’s notice. Unfortunately, my gecko did not make it in the end (he was quite old, so I knew it was a possibility), but when I brought him to get cremated, they were so unbelievably sweet and caring about the process, provided an urn, and then surprised me with a clay print of my sweet little man. I definitely shed some tears. I have nothing but amazing things to say about them, and they will be getting our business for as long as we live in Duluth.”

After discussing it with ChatGPT and our MD son and Dentist daughter, I understood they aren’t a traditional veterinary clinic—and that I shouldn’t expect the same level of phone access or personalized scheduling. They’re specialists. Just like choosing a surgeon who performs the same procedure every day, this team does spays and neuters all day, every day. Our son explained that thousands of repetition per YEAR builds real expertise. Your local vet might do 100 a year.
AI confirmed what our son and daughter suggested-that high-volume specialists become exceptionally skilled at administering anesthesia, monitoring vital signs, controlling bleeding, handling tissue gently, placing consistent sutures, spotting potential issues early, and ensuring safe recovery. I texted a picture to our daughter who does a lot of surgeries. Looking at the fast healing wound, she said someone was clearly a rockstar!
The low cost made me concerned. But their streamlined approach makes the procedure a fraction of the cost of many full-service clinics without arguably much higher specialized quality. Our pooch healed beautifully, recovered quickly, and the discharge instructions were clear and thorough.
If you’re looking for routine veterinary care, keep your regular vet. But if your pet needs to be spayed or neutered, I highly recommend this clinic.

“Great experience at this vet’s office! Staff were very friendly, professional, and caring. Last year, we brought our 23 yo cat in to be euthanized on a weekend and their kindness was remembered. We live 45 minutes away so using vet services in Duluth is not that convenient; however, I will be bringing our pets there for any and all veterinary services. My dog was so enamored with the staff that she stood at the door waiting for them to return.

I read some of the other reviews. My thoughts: I like having the card reader in the exam room, it is convenient bc I’m not wrangling my joyful dog while trying to pay a bill in the waiting room; veterinary services are expensive, doesn’t matter where you go - I don’t find them any more expensive than other vets; I love the plants in the waiting room, the environment feels calm, but I’m a gardener too, not a plant hater; I found the facility and staff to be clean and hygienic- more so than me and my pets 🤣. Overall, people have different personalities and should find a vet that they are comfortable with. For me, I think these guys are great!”
