*3 weeks since my original review and we are STILL dealing with issues with this place. My daughter's lenses were cut weird for her frames. I called it out immediately and they didn't care. I was told to have her try them. 3 weeks of trying isn't going to change the fact that everything looks like a fishbowl for her.My other daughter's contact lenses weren't working for her. When went it to pick up their glasses we mentioned this. I was yelled at for her using contact solution on daily lenses. Umm, you don't think a new user isn't going to need to clean and moisten them while trying to get them in?! Then I told them they were hurting her eyes and was told we need to see the doctor again. For crying out loud. We live over an hour away. Then the day we had time to go ironic the doctor is sick. I'm so over this store. I will never go here again!Arrived early for our 2 scheduled appointments. Was told they were short staffed and it was just him out front and the doctor. Since Covid it seems pretty common so I wasn't too surprised. That's where the 2 hour process started. My kids had their precheck stuff done on machines that were not even sanitized between uses. While they were doing that I used one of the restrooms. It was so disgusting. The toilet was ?. Like hasn't been cleaned in a very long time, same with the sink. Toilet paper all over the floor. Just nasty. Once we finally got started on the actually exams, over 30 minutes past our appointment times, that room wasn't much better. This place in seriously gross. The floors are so dirty, ripped rugs, half broken equipment, paint coming off the doors and walls.Then we move on to a contact lens class for my youngest. Another worker showed up that looked as bad as the bathroom. With an attitude to match. Daily personal hygiene goes a long ways. She was trying to teacher my daughter how to put in contacts and then TOUCHED the contact lens on my daughter's finger and then IN HER EYE with her fingers that SHE DID NOT WASH. My daughter ended up throwing out the contact because it was so full of gunk.And bring wipes to try on glasses. Ever pair has about 6 months of prints and oils on them. This place is just gross from floor to ceiling. I don't think we'll be going back here anytime soon.

I've been to optometrists all over the upper tri state area and vision works is by FAR the quickest AND most accurate. I'll never go anywhere else and neither will my wife

We walked out. We were not approached or welcomed by an employee. I finally interrupted one while she was with another customer so we could actually get checked in for our appointments and was informed they were 30-40 minutes behind schedule. First off, some people have to take time off of work to get to these appointments so I told her a phone call would be nice. We shopped for frames while we waited and were told to have a seat once we found a pair and they’d be right with us. So we sat and uncomfortably watched the male employee help the person ahead of us. He NEVER took his eyes off her chest. Guess who we got. Him. He walked over with attitude and sat down. He asked for our names and we informed him we hadn’t been seen for our exams yet and he got all huffy puffy and told us they had been behind for 2 hours since right away this morning. Again, PHONE CALLS! So we told him we were fine with our current rx and to just get us our glasses we picked out. We are under the 2 year mark so this COULD be done. He refused and told us he couldn’t do it and that it was against the law to use an rx over a year old. This is not true. We’ve been coming here for years and will gladly be taking our business and money elsewhere. The place is so disgustingly dirty. The employees are rude and the male there needs to not be in customer service the way he started at that woman’s chest and then lied. Please for the love of God have them clean the display/demo glasses. YUCK!!!! Absolutely filthy!

Just had an appointment yesterday. This is the second time I've been there because this is the best for my benefits. 20 mins after my appointment time I was finally acknowledged and told that the tech had "just been hanging around in the back". I would never recommend going to this place if you at all wanted to be treated with respect for your time. They are way over scheduling. If you have an appointment expect it to take well over an hour.Edit No. 1My rescheduled appointment was even worse! We got there at 4:55pm for out 5pm appointment. We were acknowledged right away and directed to take a seat. There were two other patients waiting in the area already. At 5:20pm one gentleman was called for his appointment. At 5:40pm I asked the lady next to me what time her appointment was, she said it was supposed to be at 4:40pm. She wasn't called back until 6:05pm for her 4:40pm appointment! At this point I mentioned to the new lady next to me how far behind they were and she got up and left. here was a second lady waiting behind her. Please could someone tell me why they are scheduling appointments every 20 mins when a single appointment is taking over 40 mins? When the guy finally addressed me he says " oh I see you were here last week, were we running behind then too? I said looks like common practice around here. We did not get out of there until around 7:30m for a 5pm appointment. Fast forward we were told the glasses would be done in 7-10 business days. It has been 11 days as of today so I called to check and the automated thing told me there has been a delay and not to expect them for another 3-5 business days. THERE IS NOTHIING GOOD ABOUT THIS PLACE!

The sales associate was excellent!! I felt bad for her cuz there were 4 other people waiting & she was the only one working-yet she gave me her full attention & didn't make me feel rushed. She deserves a raise for her courtesy, kindness & professionalism in what must have been a stressful situation foor her with other clients waiting.

Very friendly helpful staff. They could use more staff only one person on the floor long waiting times bit staff was very friendly even though she was swamped

Been trying to call and try online to get reorder of contacts, get stuck on hold and no call back when call, online doesn’t have prescription so need to call for it…. Stopped in 2x now, standing her 20min so far and not yet even acknowledged, others have come and left for same reason. Seems only one worker out on floor who has been tied up with couple the whole time now… nightmare

When we arrived we were told we may not be able to have the appointment due to technical issues but an hour later we got a call for our appointment. Wait time in the store is TERRIBLE!! I will not come back. I will find another place to do business going forward.Still in the store from our 10:30am appointment it’s going on 1pm now!!!!

I had to reschedule my appointment twice. Once to some technical issue and the second time. Because someone overbooked my appointment with another person. Therefore I have no faith in the company. And I have decided to pursue other eyewear businesses. It seems that. The place is very disorganized

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING DIRTY FACILITY EVER!!!! The bathrooms had diarrhea & urine all over the both bathrooms, toilet paper n paper towel on floors, dirt !! OMG!! AND THEY WANT TO TEST MY EYES?? Nothing in waiting room area clean or rug ever vacuumed, just a pig pen !! I wouldn't bring my dog there !! We didn't stay for our exams, walked out

Showed up 15 minutes early for my appointment, got checked in and told to wait for the doctor while I look for new frames. Then proceeded to wait an hour and a half and still was not seen. Had to leave for work so I couldn’t even get my exam. Bad business that is the epitome of poor customer service.

Staff was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. The wait to see someone was ridiculously long and I actually walked out the day before when I didn’t have over an hour to wait to be helped. They need more staff and an organized way to inform walk-in customers (who have their exam elsewhere) about where to wait, and how long before they will be helped.
