Way too often my meds aren't filled on time, the place is dirty, last week trash on the floor in the waiting area was still there 3 days later.

Sat here with my 3 year old with a ruptured ear drum as 4 staff sat there and ignored my call while showing eachother things on their personal cell phone laughing. This happened 4/25/24 at 4:45pm with not a single vehicle in the drive-thru outside of mine. Really inconsiderate when people are trying to get medication.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I know how important it is to establish a good relationship with the establishment so you get the medication that determines the quality of life. This staff appears not to adhere to that concept. This pharmacy just does not do a good job with customer care. I understand they may be short-staffed, but as a critical care nurse, your team needs to learn how to deal with it instead of being RUDE! Start paying your pharmacy staff better, which may attract more qualified people.

VERY SLOW PHARMACY SERVICE - over 20+ minutes to fill the prescription, but another 20+ minutes at the counter just to pay for it and leave! I left two stars just because plenty of staff showed up ready to work, but poor training, poor management, disorganization and minimal understanding of basic insurance copay, etc. we're the problem. Step up your game, Walgreens.

The only thing I can think is that their staff is over worked. They are not a good business model. They are not empathetic and not respectful. The manager who's name is Megan is not good with patients, does not seem to understand what is being asked and cuts people off. I will be trying to avoid this store in the future and do business elsewhere.
