Good Pharmacies plus convenience is quality . Has numerous options to choose from and decide one's needs . Can utilize the web ordering products online thru usps . Or one can utilize Door Dash to pickup items and deliver within a fair amount of time depending of circumstances for drivers . Another convenience is prescriptions at Walgreens are in the company computer system of Walgreens and the precautions can be picked up in hundreds of locations around the world . . Good Services provided as well as help .

Would leave 0 stars if possible. Phone never works. You get hung up on multiple times while waiting. Tried to call in prescription for my patients and unable to get through 4x over a half hour. This is normal for their phones and store.Their phone line and customer service is absolutely terrible. They're one of the only pharmacy in the area allegedly open 24/7 but good luck getting ahold of anyone or actually having your provider call in your prescription. Also good luck them having your meds in the first place or your meds being ready when you get there. Avoid if at all possible!!!

I am discriminated against there. Meredith the pharmacist decides she wants to “set guidelines specifically for me” when it comes to my filling of my script for Narcolepsy. I was told that I had my rx filled then removed by her because she wants to dictate dates for my refills that are not provided by my prescribing provider. I’ve been lied to. I receive the same med every month which they have listed as automatic refills and they know when those dates are but conveniently forget to order it so it’s in stock. Refill requests to my doctor are never faxed. I have to, on average, ask 3 or more people there before someone finally does send a fax. I loath them there. I am stuck there at that Walgreens and they know that there is nothing I can do about it with my Health insurance company and figure they really don’t owe me the customer service that they are obligated to give. This is to the point of contacting the MN ombudsman’s office and their customer complaints

Horrible wait times. Every time I go they tell me one thing and it’s another or they lose my prescription. If CVS took my insurance I’d go there in a heartbeat!
