I would not bother going in. They will just try to have you do everything on their app. Couldn't get a new debit card or perform any other banking function without being told to just use the app. When I said I would prefer to just do it in person, since I was there, they said they would not help me and that I could only receive banking services through the app. Unfortunately, the app doesn't work well.

I love my Wells Fargo branch, I could use the convince of the drive-thru, of course, but I choose to say hi to everyone inside!
I've been struggling with my business, personal life and a bunch of other crap you wouldn't believe if I told ya.
Absolutely the nicest staff ever, I didn't forget about Kevin, I'll tell you sometime what a genuinely great guy he is, I was really in a mess and the entire staff really got me back on my feet, business is going good and other things in my life are improving also due to these guys help.
I can't say enough about this, I'm 57 years old, was doin very well for many years, first class airplane money, things happen that you can never anticipate that will have you living in a car, not kidding, It's remarkable how you can loose absolutely everything in a matter of a year.

When will I get my atm debit card at my house in Duluth and the people who work at Wells Fargo are so nice and kind and helpful and amazing people and the 2 girls who work there are so sweet and kind and caring and awesome and cute and amazing people and I am working at a hotel this Wednesday and I enjoy going to that wels Fargo bank

Convenient location for kenwood, except it hasn’t been open in a year.The past 2 winters, they rarely shovel their sidewalks even though they have one in the entry way.Then there’s your typically WF stuff like extra fees and such, bad customer support, etc. etc.

This review is about the branch and does not address Wells Fargo's dubious business practices and excessive fees. The personnel at this branch are friendly, helpful, and very competent. The bankers are cheerful and very knowledgeable and show an interest in helping the customer make the best banking decisions. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes or so to see a banker and the lines at the teller's counter move quickly. There is a drive up window and an ATM in the enclosed entry (need to swipe your card to get in after hours). If I have to go to the bank in person, this is my first choice of a location to visit. It's hard to say I "love" and bank but this branch certainly deserves higher than a 2.8 rating IMO just based on the merits of the staff.

Nick has responded to my requests on multiple occasions. He is a great asset to Wells Fargo. He has always been on top of everything and has handled all matters with great dispatch.
